Ok, so we are in a recession...but who says you can't PRETEND like there isn't a recession??
There is a website, sohob2b, that prides itself on selling replica watches, handbags, shoes, jeans, and sunglasses...and honestly, these replicas don't look half bad.
Here's the honest truth, wealthy people are not buying authentic things, it's the stupid poor people who are buying them.
In the article entitiled, "Advertising Spending Targeting African American Consumers Exceeds $2.3 Billion Annually, Nielsen Reports", it talks about how African-Americans are spending A LOT of money in the United States.
Additionally, there was another article that talks about the buying power of Black Women. One thing that stood out to me was this statement: "With more income to spend, black women have increased expenditures over last year in categories in which they are the dominant buyers. These include child care (+8%), personal care products (+18%), gifts (+155%), food (+3%), womens apparel (+2%), womens footwear (+13%)."
Now, in my measley opinion, THAT article represents a serious problem. A 155% increase in gifts?!?! Ladies, who are you buying gifts for??? The only gifts I will be giving this year are fake purses, watches, and sunglasses from sohob2b!
Peace.

LOL!! I prefer a non-replica/designer label that looks hot, to a replica that starts to unravel or a wallet breaking authentic!!!
