The Obama administration is asking Congress to close the big gap in prison sentences for dealing crack versus powdered cocaine, a law that critics say is unfair to blacks.

If you haven't, check out Lil' Wayne's song "Misunderstood" (well, the ranting part). He gives the BEST explanation as to why this is a promising thing--not GREAT because this is a plague that is killing our Black community. PERIOD.
