Sex and The City...

was AWESOME!!!

The fashion, issues, and...did I mention the fashion?!?!? Everything about this movie was right, and I would love to see a Part 2..

Charlotte- I absolutely loved her. She is what I call a 'ride or die' girlfriend. Not only was she comic-relief for me but I believe she felt the same emotions as Carrie when Big left her at the alter. She was there for Carrie in a major way. I so happy when she finally got pregnant!

Miranda- Let's just say I never want to be her! Miranda had lost her dang mind! Do I blame Steve for cheating?? No, not at all. Was it right to cheat? No, not at all....but I understand.

Samantha- That dang Samantha!! I was so glad when she moved back to NY. California just wasn't for her. Oh...and doesn't she look GREAT for 50?!?!?

Carrie- Through it all...she has always been my favorite. I cried and felt her pain when she jumped out of the limo and attacked Big. I would have probably done the same thing. I was rather satisfied with the ending.

Jennifer Hudson- I liked the character, but I definitely could have done a better job than her.

One of the motifs that Carrie spoke about was labels. I definitely believe that labels can be confusing at times--especially for women. Labels offer a sort of security for some women. They believe that if a certain label or name are attached to a 'ship' (i.e., friendship, relationship, etc) that there is nothing to worry about; however, that's not always the case. One of the things that I took from the movie is finding comfort in not labeling my relationships and enjoying that person and their company. Period.
